We’ll be in the John Barton Payne Building at 2 Courthouse Square, Warrenton, so stop in and do some shopping before you go out to dinner!

  • Drop in any time 6-8 p.m. to browse our booths.
  • Meet and talk with us. We love that.
  • Books will be available for purchase, so shop for yourself or someone you love. A book signed by its author makes the best gift.
  • Door prizes will be awarded every 30 minutes.

Hope to see you there!

Postponed for a wonderful reason…

The event scheduled for today at The Griffin Bookshop & Coffee Bar in Fredericksburg, VA has been rescheduled for Sat. Dec. 21st, 2-4pm. Why? Because the books ordered for today’s signing have almost completely sold out!

They’ll order more and I’ll be at the shop in two weeks. Come on out for some last minute holiday shopping, a piping hot beverage, and a signed book. They make great gifts. 🙂

Get ye to The Griffin!

Griffin Bookshop

This coming Saturday, December 7th, I’ll be signing copies of 500 Acres and No Place to Hide at The Griffin Bookshop & Coffee Bar in Fredericksburg, VA. Ever  been there? It’s incredible.

Cozy, yummy, and smack in the middle of boutique and fabulous-shop-filled Caroline Street. Can you say “finish your Christmas list“? I sure can.

I’ll be at The Griffin (723 Caroline Street, 540-899-8041) from 2-4pm. After that, I’ll be out playing Santa. Shhhhh. Don’t tell Chris!

Happy weekend!

I love Fridays. I prefer they not be freezing, like today, but still, a frigid Friday is better than a warm, sunny Monday any day. Do you have plans for the weekend? Why not spend part of it with me at Pearmund Cellars. Tonight’s the final Wines of the World tasting from 6-8pm. Enjoy Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Viognier, and Meritage from around the world. It’s $15 and includes light nibbles.

Of course if Saturday is better for you, that’s fine with me. I’ll be there with Tug, the Pearmund Cellars mascot, from 2-4pm tomorrow, Oct. 26th.

Tug, the official Pearmund Cellars mascot. Cute, no?

Pick up a copy of Confessions of a Counterfeit Farm Girl or 500 Acres and No Place to Hide, and I’ll buy you a glass of wine. And Tug will help you finish your cheese and crackers. That’s just the kind of helpful pup he is.

Hope to see you at Pearmund Cellars this weekend!

Susan
