Now and for the foreseeable future, no more playing small. Instead, we’re going to embrace Marianne Williamson’s words:
“Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our greatest fear is that we are powerful beyond all measure.”
Let’s decide right now not to be afraid of being powerful beyond all measure. Let’s decide to embrace our power and our brilliance, and let’s think of it as “we’re doing it for the kids.” Seriously. Setting the example for your own kids, setting the example for the people you work with, the young people climbing up that ladder.
Embrace your power and your brilliance. Own It. Shine your light. Let others see it’s okay to do that. Be your powerful, brilliant, best, every single day because playing small, people, is canceled.
